How to Return an Item

2. We will review your request and provide instructions for returning the item(s).
3. Pack the item(s) securely and send them back to the address provided.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect items).

Refunds

Once we receive your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

You will not incur additional shipping charges for the first exchange. If the requested item is out of stock, we will notify you and offer an alternative or a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards.
